Matt grew up in Louisiana where his southern roots run strong (you’ll recognize the accent on the very first call!). After graduating McNeese State University where he was on the rodeo team, life and work brought him to West Texas to pursue a career in the oil and gas industry for about seven years. From there he decided it was time for a career change so he began as a realtor and quickly developed a passion for home building. 

Matt is married to Jessica Murray, owner of Heart & Soul Cuisine. Together they have two children and a couple of dogs. They are proud local business owners and are excited to continue to see the growth and development of West Texas.
